FAQ
-
How do I make a booking? Please fill out the enquiry form for special occasion or bridal bookings. Please allow 1-3 days for a response for us to confirm availability and we will send you a quote (check your junk mail if you haven't heard from us).
-
How far in advanced can I book your services? For weddings, you can book 1-1.5 years in advanced, as long as you meet the $1000 minimum for your booking. Special occasion services can only be booked within 3 months of the date of event, unless you are booking for 3+ people.
-
Are you a mobile service?Mobile services are available for group bookings of 3+ people. Bridal trials and special occasion services are held at our location in Fairfield.
-
How much are your travel fees?Travel fees start from $150 within Sydney per artist. This can vary depending on the location, duration of travel and number of artists required. Parking fees will be charged to you on the day if free street parking is not available. For interstate locations (more than 2 hours from Sydney), one night accommodation and meal allowance is required - please contact Diane to further discuss.
-
Can I book you for my wedding without a trial?Yes you can! However we highly recommend that you have a trial first. Most of the time, brides are unsure of what look they like on them, or you may think you want a certain look and trial it on yourself and it was not what you envisioned. So this is a perfect opportunity for us to work together to create your dream look that will compliment your features! The trial also ensures that your wedding day is stress free so you can sit back and relax knowing that you will know exactly what look you are going for. The trial will also include an in-depth skin consultation to ensure that we are using the right products so that your skin will look its best on your wedding day. It’s also a great opportunity for us to meet you and get to know you and your style before your special day!
-
When should I book my bridal trial? We recommend booking your trial 3 months before your wedding date. By this time, you would have an understanding of what your dress and style for your wedding would look like. With all of this in mind, this will make it easier to choose your hair and makeup style at the trial.
-
How long does the bridal trial go for?For bridal hair and makeup trial, please allow 3 hours. For makeup or hair only trial, please allow 2 hours. If you would like to try a second look, please let me know in advance so that we can allow extra time. Additional cost will apply to this service.
-
How do I secure my Wedding date?Upon agreement with the proposal, a $500 (non-refundable and non-transferable) deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This is a retainer fee that will be deducted from your total amount. By paying a deposit, you are agreeing to Diane Artistry T+Cs; this will be sent out with the quote. The final balance is due one week before the wedding date via bank transfer or cash on the day upon agreement.
-
Can I make changes to my booking after paying the deposit?Yes you can add additional people to the service if time permits. An additional artist may be required to finish on time. You are however not able to remove any services due to a change of mind. As your start time may change at a later date, we will revise the early start fee accordingly and update the quote for you.
